Dave Sullivan is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resources at the UNSW Business School, School of Management and Governance. He received his Ph.D. in Management and Organisational Behavior from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. His research investigates the social, psychological, and cognitive aspects of human resource management and social evaluation processes. Research interests include performance management, person-organisation fit and misfit, job search processes, and social evaluations of others, including processes associated with gender bias and the social evaluations associated with CEOs. His work has been published in the Journal of Applied Psychology, Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Management, Human Resource Management, and Small Business Economics.
