Dr Jaco Fourie is a lecturer in the UNSW Business School, School of Management and Governance. His research explores the complexities and challenges of collaboration within polycentric and heterogeneous organisational fields. Currently, his work centers on the evolving nature of climate-driven crises – examining their duration, scale, and impact – and the implications of this for organising crisis preparation, response, and recovery.
